Kurt talks about the upcoming FLoBathon and about seeing the recent Mad Max movie. He says he enjoyed it. I haven't watched it myself. The closest I got to see was the Mad Max themed joke in the recent Spongebob movie, which was pretty good!
Kurt answers a question about studies and careers and offers some advice and says how workers involved in space exploration have a wide range of interests or they trained in seemingly unrelated fields.
The "Nearly Death" moment is pretty jarring! Poor Kurt has to take a moment to breathe! He and Wolfie avoid it thankfully! He builds an elevated hidey hole here, turns the lava to obsidian and puts up a sign that says "Too Close For Comfort Nearly Death! 05/22/2015". The next donor question is "What's the scariest experience you've ever had in your life?". I'm sure this is up there! He's still reeling!
He answers another interesting question about learning in school and how he would've loved more of a choice of things to learn. He is right! It's food for thought too. I should give a thought about what stuff I'd like to learn.
That slo-mo replay of the "Nearly Death" at the end of the video was an excellent bit of service Kurt! Well done! I don't know what it is, but panicked exclamations in slow motion are hysterical!
